What this site is
Who's In My City is an independent local business directory operated by Pichardo Marketing. We list local businesses and let visitors send quote requests. We are not a contractor, agent or broker for any business, and we do not provide the services listed.
Using the site
- You must be at least 18 to submit a quote request.
- Give accurate information and only request quotes you genuinely want.
- Do not spam, scrape at scale, attempt to break the site, or submit anyone else's details without permission.
Quote requests
- A quote request is a request that we pass your details to a local business. We do not guarantee that any business will respond, accept the job, give a price, or be available.
- By sending a request you consent to us sharing your details with the business (or similar businesses) and to the business contacting you by email, phone or text about your request.
- Any agreement, price, warranty or payment is strictly between you and the business. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the work, the outcome, or any dispute.
- Do your own checking. Confirm licensing, insurance and references before hiring anyone. See our disclaimer.
Business owners
- Listing is free. Only list or claim a business you own or are authorized to represent. Verification is by email link and we may remove any listing at our discretion.
- You confirm the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to use any photos, logos and text you upload. You give us a license to display it on the site and in related marketing and search results.
- Ranking is based on Google review counts and cannot be bought. Eligibility (currently a 4.2+ Google rating and an open business) can change and a listing may be removed if a business no longer qualifies.
- By listing, you agree that quote requests and inquiries from the site may be forwarded to you, and that you will handle consumer details lawfully, use them only to respond to that request, and not add the person to marketing lists without their consent.
- You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your edit link, or email listings@whosinmycity.com.
Removal requests
If your business is listed and you do not want it to be, email listings@whosinmycity.com from an address connected to the business, with the business name and city. We will remove the listing and stop forwarding requests to you, normally within 3 business days.
Third-party content
Ratings, review counts and some business details come from Google and other sources and change over time. Trademarks, names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the businesses. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
No warranties and limits of liability
The site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pichardo Marketing and Who's In My City are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a business found through the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Florida. We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
