How ranking works
Every business on Who's In My City has a Google rating of 4.2 or higher and at least 10 reviews. Within each category, businesses are ranked by how many Google reviews they have earned.
The rules
- Eligibility: a local address, a Google rating of 4.2+ and at least 10 Google reviews.
- Ranking: by number of Google reviews, highest first. Star rating breaks ties.
- No pay-to-play: listing is free and ranking cannot be bought, claimed or boosted.
- Fresh data: ratings are re-checked from Google regularly. A business that falls below 4.2 stars, or closes, is paused automatically.
Why review count?
A 4.8 from 900 reviews is a stronger signal than a 5.0 from 12. Ranking by review volume rewards businesses with a long record of satisfied customers, and it is hard to fake at scale.
Where the data comes from
Ratings and review counts come from Google and are shown with the date they were checked. Profile details (bio, photos, services, hours) come from the business owner after they verify ownership with an email at their own website domain.
Who runs this
Who's In My City is an independent directory maintained by Pichardo Marketing, a local marketing agency. Businesses are not affiliated with the directory unless they say so on their own page. To request a correction or removal, email listings@whosinmycity.com.

Does claiming my listing improve my rank?
No. Claiming adds a complete profile and a verified badge, but rank is determined only by Google review count.
